Sandy Office

Lincoln Scoffield - President - Bio

Lincoln Scoffield is president and founder of Cornerstone Title. As former Vice-President and General Counsel of another title company and former attorney for a top real estate firm in Oregon, Lincoln brings a unique skill set and valuable entrepreneurial drive to the company that has been pivotal to its success. In fact, Cornerstone’s rise to success was recently featured on Zion’s Bank’s “Fred Ball Speaking on Business” on KSL News radio.

Lincoln graduated, Cum Laude, from Willamette University College of Law and holds a B.A. in American Studies from Brigham Young University. He is fluent in Spanish and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Salt Lake Valley Habitat for Humanity. When he’s not busy serving customers and managing nearly three dozen employees at seven Utah locations, Lincoln enjoys spending time with his wife and son, going backpacking or playing golf.

Jessica Holding - Policy Department Manager - Bio

Known as the “glue” that holds the policy department together, Jessica is versatile manager who got her start in the title industry answering phones, running documents, and sending out press releases. Born in Hawaii and raised in Utah, Jess has an easygoing personality and a flare for singing and dancing. She is a graduate of Murray High School and enjoys spending time with her family, hanging out with friends, and—truth be told—shopping.

Sammy Bayona – Accts Payable MNGR/EO - Bio

Sammy is a native of Caracas, Venezuela and was educated in Colombia, Venezuela and the United States. She has a B.S. in Accounting and is currently pursuing and MBA with an emphasis in accounting. Before joining Cornerstone Title, Sammy worked as an internal accountant. In her spare time, she spends her time dancing, traveling the world, reading, and cooking. She also enjoys getting acquainted with people and foods from different cultures. But watch out. She’s a formidable sweeper on the soccer field and has shins of steel!

Jessie Simon – Escrow Officer - Bio

Jessie Simon has been working since the age of 12 and has been excelling in the title industry for nearly five years. Outside of work, Jessie enjoys playing golf, spending time with her son, camping, playing softball, and enjoying pretty much every other activity outdoors.

Olga Sandoval – Escrow Officer - Bio

Olga Sandoval has been an escrow officer for the last 14 years. She is originally from Jalisco, Mexico, but was raised and spent most of her life in California. She enjoys reading, drawing, painting, photography, and taking road trips with her husband and two teenage sons. Olga currently volunteers for The Opportunity Foundation of America with the Eagle Eyes projects at Jordan Valley High School. Olga is fluent in Spanish and has a knack for computers and keeping organized. She also has two pugs (Bola and Cookie) and loves helping others in any way she can.

Scott Manning – Escrow Officer - Bio

Scott Manning has been an Escrow Officer for Cornerstone Title for several years. Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Scott has deep roots in the real estate industry having worked in construction, sales and commercial and residential marketing before joining Cornerstone. When not working, he enjoys playing soccer, golf or tennis and spending time with his wife and three children. The only thing Scott is too cool for is the Star Wars trilogy. His only addiction? Cold cereal.

Dan Blanco – Escrow Officer - Bio

Dan is one of Cornerstone’s distinguished industry veterans. Having worked in the industry since 1991, Dan has served in nearly every capacity possible—from polices, recons, and marketing to escrow, running, and searching. He has a passion for the industry and is committed to serving his clients and keeping them happy. His passion for the title industry extends to the outdoors as well. Don enjoys boating, cycling and running. He rides several Century rides each year (100-mile rides) and ran his first half-marathon in Moab, Utah last spring.

Andrea Hendrickson – Escrow Officer - Bio

Andrea Hendrickson is thrilled to be with Cornerstone Title and possesses a broad skill set when it comes to the real estate industry. Having worked as a loan processor, loan closer and funder, and escrow assistant, Andrea knows what it takes to get the job done quickly and accurately. When she is not serving her clients, she enjoys boating, riding her Harley Davidson, and volunteering with Great Dane rescue.

Margie Ludington – Escrow Officer - Bio

A native of Utah, Margie attended South High School and the University of Utah before embarking on a real estate career that has spanned more than 25 years. During that time, she has worked as a real estate agent, long-term care insurance agent and trainer, and as a licensed CE trainer. She is an active participant with the Salt Lake Board of Realtors and intermittent lobbyist at the State Capitol building. Margie also enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her daughters and grandchildren.

Murray Office

Kyle Wallace – Business Consultant - Bio

Kyle grew up here in South Jordan and graduated from Bingham High School in 1994. He also received a Bachelors degree from Georgian State University in German Business and continued on to graduate with a law degree from Case Western Reserve University. After graduation, Kyle began a career in title insurance with LandAmerica Commonwealth title in Las Vegas, Nevada. LandAmerica then relocated Kyle back to Utah to help them increase their business market share within the state. Kyle has worked in the title insurance business in many capacities including as escrow officer, escrow administrator, and business center manager. Kyle is now a business consultant with Cornerstone Title Agency and helps many loan officers and real estate agents streamline their businesses and perfect their business plans. Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and loves watching college football.

Angie Snarr – Escrow Officer - Bio

Angie began her real estate career in 2000 as an asset manager. Shortly thereafter, she moved into escrow—becoming a licensed escrow officer and eventually managing the escrow and marketing departments for another title company before coming to Cornerstone. She is an avid snowboarder, hiker and traveler and enjoys working out, running, cooking, reading, and spending time with her two little girls. She recently started a non-profit organization to help provide educational supplies to village schools in the Dominican Republic. Something unexpected? She has a serious weakness for cheesecake and is often guilty of evaluating restaurants on the basis of their dessert menu!

Kim Parr – Escrow Officer - Bio

Kim is a true industry veteran with more than 16 years experience as an escrow officer. Though a native of Utah, Kim also lived in Dallas, Texas for five years and spent two and a half years in New Orleans working in the oil and gas industries. As a former resident of Park City Utah, she enjoys snow skiing and playing golf. She also volunteers for the Luxury Home Tour in Park City each year and—in a former life—Kim used to show quarter horses and participate in barrel racing. Now you know why she’s so fast at getting those loan documents processed!

Regina Snow – Escrow Officer - Bio

With more than 15 years experience as a loan officer, loan processor, escrow assistant, and office manager, Regina is as talented as she is versatile. When not at work, she enjoys reading, camping, planting flowers, and spending time with her husband and children. Regina also enjoys writing poetry and is considering taking up permanent residence at La Puente restaurant to satisfy her hankering for savory Mexican cuisine.

Gina Otteson – Assistant - Bio

Gina is the go-to gal for three different escrow officers at Cornerstone Title. Having worked in the mortgage industry prior to her role at Cornerstone, Gina excels in getting things done quickly and correctly. Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Gina has been living in Utah for two decades. When she’s not busy putting out fires at work, she can be found rubbing shoulders with Donald Duck and Minnie Mouse at Disneyworld in Orlando, Florida—her favorite place to visit.

Kari Holding – Escrow Officer - Bio

Kari is an industry veteran with more than 15 years experience as a loan closer and Escrow Officer. Kari also works part-time as the family taxi driver and is her household’s overseer of the “Mom Fund.” Kari enjoys singing, read and working in her yard. As a former resident of both Hawaii and Florida for nearly a decade, Kari brings a sunny disposition and warm smile to everyone with whom she works.

Britney Bown– Escrow Officer - Bio

Britney has been working in the title industry for more than seven years. She attended Salt Lake Community College and loves anything to do with the outdoors. When she’s not working, she enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and the occasional crime novel. If you ever have a free moment with her, be sure to ask her about the summer she worked at a fishing lodge in Alegnagik, Alaska. How big were those fish?

Clearfield Office

Steffani Peck– Escrow Officer - Bio

Steffani has been in the real estate and title industries for over a decade. She got her start with a Real Estate License in 1997 and from there moved into various administrative and customer service roles. Steffani is a model escrow officer and treats every customer like they’re her only customer—resulting in very successful and enjoyable closings. Outside of the office, she volunteers with the Girl Scouts of Utah, Wildlife Nature Rehabilitation, The Ogden Nature Center. She also enjoys spending time with her children and friends, playing golf, camping, boating and attending outdoor concerts.

Leticia Arriaga – Commercial Escrow Officer - Bio

Leticia holds an Associates Degree from Lamson College and has been on the national real estate scene for nearly three decades. Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Leticia has resided and traveled throughout the West and Midwest during her distinguished career.

She currently serves as the Executive Secretary of the Ogden Area’s Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, on the advisory committee for Web State University’s Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Education Partnership, and as a board member for Perfect Home Living—an advocacy organization for mortgage and real estate fraud victims.

Leticia was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and enjoys gardening, antiques, and Jewelry design/silversmithing. She is a proud mother of four children and a grandmother of three. In addition to her adeptness in the title industry, Leticia also holds a black belt in Shuri-Ryu. Translation? Don’t mess.

Adam Moore– Escrow Officer - Bio

Adam Moore has been in the real estate and Title industries for nearly a decade. During this time, he has worked as a Mortgage Loan Consultant, Escrow Assistant, and Escrow Officer. He also served two years as a Crew Chief on a U-2 Air Craft for the United States Air Force. Adam is originally from Winterport, Maine and volunteers every year at the Marshal White Center for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners for the Homeless and Less Fortunate. During his free time, Adam enjoys playing softball, basketball, and racquetball, and enjoys camping, fishing, and boating.

Scott Fendrick– Assistant - Bio

Scott is a graduate of St. Joseph Catholic College Prep and is currently majoring in English at Weber State. When not working, Scott enjoys spending time with his son, Ashely Halen Xavier or playing five different instruments with four different bands. He’s also an avowed Texas Hold’em junkie. So, when in need of tips on pre-flopping, holding the nut, or navigating a three suit “rainbow,” Scott is your guy.

Northern Utah Office

Joye Reeder – Escrow Officer - Bio

Joye holds a BS in Agricultural Management from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. She has 18 years experience as a Realtor and Agricultural Loan Officer. When not serving her clients, Joye serves as Ambassador for the Brigham City Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chair of the Peach Days Parade, and on the Brigham-Tremonton Board of Realtors’ Education, Public Relations, and Affiliate committees. She bleeds both Dodger Blue and Raider Silver and Black and has been an avid fan of both teams since she was a little girl. She is a proud mother of two and her dream retirement includes eating sashimi all day with her husband on the shores of Kihei in Maui, Hawaii. Keep dreaming Joye!

Orem Office

Jason Davis – Escrow Officer - Bio

A force to be reckoned with in and outside the office, Jason has more than 12 years in the mortgage and title industries and also owns and runs his own Martial Arts studio in Payson, Utah. Although Jason hails from Utah, he has also lived in California, Colorado, and Lima, Peru. He is a graduate of the Police Academy and enjoys boating, wakeboarding fishing, and camping in his spare time. Little known facts about Jason? He speaks Mandarin Chinese, proposed to his wife after nine hours of dating, and is a 5th Degree Black Belt.

Stephanie Green – Escrow Officer - Bio

With more than a decade of real estate experience, Stephanie is no stranger to the title industry. She has worked as a loan officer, real estate agent and escrow officer and shows no sign of quitting. As for her next position at Cornerstone, her coworkers have unanimously voted her to become office runner. After all, with five marathons under her belt in the last five years, she could probably run all the way back to her home town of Columbus, Ohio. Go Buckeyes!

Evan Hibler – Escrow Officer - Bio

Evan got his start in the industry as a runner and—quickly proving himself a valuable asset—was promoted to Escrow Assistant and, upon joining the Cornerstone team, became an Escrow Officer. He holds an Associates Degree in Arts in History from Salt Lake Community College and is a Certified Personal Trainer. When not tending to the needs of his clients, Evan tends to the needs of his wife and son. He is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys camping, fishing and hunting. Evan is currently an assistant scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America and loves landscaping and working in the yard with his wife—whom he met in third grade.

Cheri Richey – Escrow Officer - Bio

Cheri has worked in the title and real estate industries for nearly two decades as an escrow officer, legal secretary, loan processor, and in various other capacities. Cheri is originally from the Bay Area in Northern California and has lived in Utah County for the last several years. She is very passionate about music and has performed in several musicals—including participating in a professional recording session with part of San Francisco’s cast of “Phantom of the Opera.” Cheri also plays the piano and enjoys camping, bike riding, and playing sports with her husband and three children.

Tooele Office

Gina "Jenna" Garrison – Escrow Officer - Bio

Gina started her career nearly 30 years ago as a Commercial Closer and Construction Loan Administrator in El Paso, Texas and Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 1995, she moved to Utah with her husband, Randy, and her two children, Janine and Justin. Since that time, Gina has served as the Branch Manager and Manager/Vice President of two different title companies. She is now very excited to be part of the Cornerstone Title family. When not serving her clients, she can be found living the ranch life with her husband in Rush Valley, Utah. She also loves spending time with her grown, married children. Gina loves her job and can't imagine doing anything else.

Tammy Robinson – Assistant - Bio

Approaching her fifth anniversary in the industry, Tammy is an amazing assistant to her Escrow Officers and is the go-to girl for her clients. She is very detailed in her work and always gives 100%. During her down time, Tammy enjoys spending time at her successful horse ranch in Rush Valley where she lives with her husband, Troy. Tammy also has a grown daughter, Jennifer, who moved away from home in search of greener pastures—and fewer chores.

Lindsay Philpot – Escrow Officer - Bio

With nearly 10 years of combined experience in the mortgage and title industries, Lindsay brings a broad skill set and rich industry knowledge to Cornerstone Title. She obtained her escrow license three years ago and has worked tirelessly since then to become even more experienced and proficient. Lindsay’s number one goal is to provide excellent customer service to her clients and coworkers and hopes that they will utilize her as a tool in becoming even more successful. She lives in Stansbury Park, Utah with her husband, Max, and two children, Kelton and Gracie. Lindsay loves spending time with her family and also enjoys going camping and doing crafts. During the summer, going to the small town “Drive In” is also a family favorite!

Hawley Morse – Escrow Officer - Bio

Hawley is well versed in both the title and real estate industries having worked previously for a law firm doing foreclosures. Outside of work, Hawley is passionate about her three dogs, being outdoors, and listening to music. In fact, her husband is a DJ and she is a graduate of massage therapy school. As you can imagine, the two of them are quite the life of the party!
