Each transaction is personally overseen by an experienced Escrow Officer who is intimately involved in every step of the closing process. This hands-on approach increases our efficiency throughout the closing process and minimizes the potential for confusion or mistakes. It also allows our Escrow Officers to be the single point of contact for our clients, eliminating the need to deal with multiple assistants on each transaction.
